Kate Finley is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Atlanta office. As a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits Practice Group, Kate counsels employers in a variety of employee benefits matters and through all stages of an employee benefit plan’s life. She routinely advises employers on complex day-to-day issues arising under ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and other federal laws governing employee benefit plans and programs.
